Berlin, that is where the world is at home. People from Berlin, like me, can be described as follows: freedom, justice, openness, and diversity. Berlin is the city of freedom – now and in the future. That is what makes people from Berlin known and well-liked internationally.

What excites you about Berlin?

The diversity of the German capital – the place to be!

What are your private interests and hobbies?

I am interested in new technologies, innovation, and the digital medium. My free time, I spend with my family, reading, listening to music, travelling, and diving.

What is your personal message for Berlin as a center for science?

The Brain City Berlin is a home for all scientists worldwide. Come home, and let us face future challenges together!
